After you log in to DubBot, you will be taken to your Account Dashboard, a list of all of the Sites and Page Sets to which you have access. (Page Set) is included after groupings that combine or filter Site(s) information.
Selecting a Site or Page Set's Name will take you to that particular property's Dashboard and related data.
Column Options on Account Dashboard
The Account Dashboard can display the following information for each Site or Page Set, depending on the columns you choose to display:
Name of Site or Page Set
Pages - number of pages in the site
PDFs - number of PDFs in the property
Category Issue Counts -
Accessibility
Best Practices
Broken Links
Misspellings
SEO
Web Governance
Category Scores - DubBot's calculated score for the particular issue category. These columns are disabled by default; enable them using the View Columns button on the Dashboard.
Accessibility Issues Score
Best Practices Issues Score
Broken Links Issues Score
Misspelling Issues Score
SEO Issues Score
Web Governance Issues Score
To change the columns displayed, select the View Columns button (icon shows three vertical bars) and select the box beside the Columns you wish to display.
Sorting or Searching Dashboard Data
You can select any column header to sort the Dashboards table by that criterion. For instance, you can sort sites by selecting the Pages header to see them ordered by the number of pages in each dashboard. If you select the Pages header again, it will switch the order of the sort.
If your account has a lot of Sites and Page Sets, you can use the Search tool (magnifying glass icon) to search the site and page set names to easily find the information you want.
Returning to Account Dashboard
You can return to this Account Dashboard at any time by selecting the Dashboard button in the top navigation in the app.
