Welcome! You have an email invite to DubBot and we look forward to working with you! To get you up and running quickly, check out the articles below. We have a lot more here in the Help site, but this list will give you the basics.
Getting Started and the DubBot Basics:
1. Create Your Password
With your invitation in your email box, select the Accept Invitation button and you will be taken to a screen to create a password for use with the system.
Take note, some of our clients use SSO (Single Sign On), and their passwords cannot be managed through DubBot. These clients' passwords are managed through their own password systems.
Once you create your password and are logged in, you will be presented with your Account Dashboard List.
2. Explore Your Account Dashboard
The Account Dashboard will provide you with information for each Site and Page Set that you have access to, including the page count and various scores.
3. Default Check Categories
DubBot will perform checks for the following issue categories by default unless an account or site administrator turns off a specific check category: Accessibility, Best Practices, Broken Links, Spelling, Web Governance, and SEO.
4. Site or Page Set Dashboards
The Site or Page Set Dashboard gives you an overview of the issues that were found when we analyzed your pages.
5. Find the Page List for a Site or Page Set
The Page List for a Site or Page Set will give you both a link to explore the issues found on a particular page and count of the types of issues found on the page.
6. View the Issues on a Page
When you are ready to dig into what was found and start your remediation process, you will need to look at the Detail Page View explore each issue area.
