Depending on the configuration of your DubBot account, you will have access to one or more Dashboards. Dashboards that combine Site information will be noted with (Group) in the title. Group Dashboards have an additional panel that lists the Sites that are a part of the Group and are therefore factored into the Scores and Issue lists.

Site Score panel

The Site Score panel provides quick insight into the analysis of your site(s). See the historical data for the Site Score by selecting the three vertical dots in the panel's top right corner and selecting Trends.

The Trends panel allows you to configure the timeframe and download a CSV of the onscreen information.

Color coding for Scores

The color coding for the scores is as follows: Green (100-85), Yellow (84-65), and Red (64-0).

Accessibility, Broken Links, Misspelling, and Flagged Words Score panels

A break down of the scores that combine into the Site Score is provided in the four major issue categories. Note: the Accessibility Score will only factor the Accessibility Issues reported. Best Practices will not factor into the Accessibility Score at this point.

In the top right corner of each of these panels, Trends charts as well as two options for Downloading the issues that are reported for the selected category are provided.

Download Issue Reports

From the top right corner of the Score panel, select the vertical dots. Choose Download Issue Summary Report or Download Issue Detail Report.

Download Issue Summary Report

The Issue Summary Report provides a list of all of the issues that were found within that category of the issue type. The Issue will be noted with the number of pages affected within the Site(s).

Download Issue Detail Report

The Issue Detail Report provides a list of all of the issues that were found within that category of the issue type. The Issue Detail Report will provide the full list of pages affected within the Site(s). For each page included, the live URL, title, and URL within DubBot will be provided.

Sorting the Detail Report by Page URL allows users to see all of the issues by Page. Sorting the Detail Report by Issue allows users to see all of the Pages that contain a specific Issue.

Navigate to the Page Inventory

In the Overall Site Score panel, the button with page count allows users to see the full list of pages inventoried for analysis. In each of the issue category panels, the number of issues found link navigates users to the page inventory filtered to pages only with that issue type.

Quick Wins

The Quick Wins panel allows users to quickly get insight into what issues were found within the Site(s) and a list of pages with a specific issue. See the Quick Wins article for more information about Quick Wins.

Sites Panel

Users who have access to more than one site combined into a Group will have a Group dashboard combining the sites' details into one dashboard. The Sites panel will detail the Sites that are taken into account for scoring and issue reporting. The Site Name link navigates users to a filtered Dashboard for that specific section.
