Users set as Account or Site Admins can customize the configuration of Standard Checks for their applicable Sites.
On the detail page view, selecting Ignore for Site or Add to Dictionary for this Site will add the issue to the Site Settings list for the corresponding issue type. Users can also set up crawl exclusions, ignore broken links, make dictionary additions, and add to the flagged words list via CSV upload.
To view or customize the Standard Checks configuration for a site, access the Site Settings by selecting Settings in the top navigation. The Sites table will display the Sites that you have access to configure. Click on the corresponding Name of the Site to view and edit the Site configuration. Admin users can configure the crawl configuration, crawl exclusions, dictionary setup, dictionary exclusions, ignored broken link settings, flagged word configuration, and custom check options.
To configure the Standard Checks performed on the Site, select the Standard Checks tab.
Update the Dictionary language
In this pane, users select which checks to evaluate on a site including which Dictionary language to use for Spell Check.
The Dictionary option is initially set to Inherit from Account. Choose a different language to update the Dictionary for the specific Site.
Enable/Disable Standard Checks performed on a Site
Under Default Checks, deselect any corresponding checkbox to turn off the test for Accessibility, Spelling, Flagged Words, and Broken Links for the specific Site.
Review and add items for Ignoring Manually or in Bulk
Ignored Items for this Site panels will display anything setup for ignoring within that Site under the corresponding tab. Users can manually add items for ignoring or bulk upload via CSV for the Bad Links, Spell Check, and Flagged Words tabs.
