A few additions to help our users see a bit more information.

Users who are given Roles at the Site or Page Set Level can now see the role they have on each Site or Page Set in the User Menu's Account Access panel.

Users can now find historical crawl information for a Site from the Latest Crawl Log.

Follow these steps to find the historical data:

Navigate to the Site's Dashboard for the Site you want to inspect and select the Latest Crawl Date in the Site's Overview Panel to access the Latest Crawl Log.

Select the View all crawls button in the top-right of the Latest Crawl log.

The Site's Crawl History Panel displays the following information:

1. Date and time the crawl Started
2. Date and time the crawl and processing Finished
3. Duration of the crawl
4. Status of the crawl activity
5. Retries - number of times the crawler tried to recrawl any page when the target web server stops responding
6. Total URLs Identified - total number of pages the crawler found before removing external links or ignored pages configured for the site
7. Number of Errors the crawler encountered when trying to load pages
8. Pages Indexed - number of pages inventoried/indexed by the crawler
9. Assets Indexed - number of PDFs indexed by the crawler
10. Updated - date and time last updated

Step 1: Navigate to the site and select the Latest Crawl Date to access the Crawl Log

A new Policy Set has been added, Find Potential Phone Numbers. The set is contains two policies:

Manual Review - Potential Phone Number that contains parentheses Finds suspected phone numbers that are formatted in the following way: (404)555-1212.

Manual Review - Potential Phone Number that does not contain parentheses Finds suspected phone numbers that are formatted in the following way: 404-555-1212.
