Snoozing Issues, Issue Counts and Last Sign In

July 8, 2025: Resolve is now Snooze, Issue Counts in GA, and User Last Sign In

Updated over a week ago

Resolve Renamed to Snooze

We have renamed Mark Resolve for this site/account to Snooze for this site/account until next crawl.

The Snooze action will remove the issue from the current site/page set/ account reporting only. When the site recrawls, the issue will re-appear if it hasn't been corrected.

The updated options are labeled:

  • Snooze for this site or page set until next crawl

  • Snooze for this account until next crawl

The snooze action is available in the following locations:

  • The issue listing for each category (Accessibility, Broken Links, Web Governance, Best Practices, Spell Check, or SEO)

  • Filter a category page list by a particular issue

Updating the Site Dashboard

All Dubbot roles other than Viewer can refresh the Dashboard after an item has been Snoozed for this site/account until the next crawl, by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Site or Page Set Dashboard

  2. Select the Generate snapshot link in the footer of the Dashboard

  3. Wait about 10 seconds and refresh your browser

Issue Count Available on Analytics Panel

Another great client request in action! If the Google Analytics connector is enabled for a site, we have added optional fields to the panel to display issue counts for each Category (Accessibility, Broken Links, Spell Check, etc.).

To enable this information on the Analytics Panel:

  1. Select the "View Columns" button, represented by three rectangles.

  2. Check the box beside the Category Issues types you want to display.
