Updated over a month ago

Users can now review and download a comprehensive list of the accessibility checks done on their Sites or Page Sets.

Follow these steps:

  1. Select the number of issues link in the Accessibility panel of the Site or Dashboard Page Set.

In the Accessibility Panel of the Site or Page Set Dashboard, select the Issues Link

  2. In the Page issues found dropdown, select the Page issues tested option.

In the Select a Filter for Pages dropdown, select the Page issues tested option from the dropdown menu

  3. Select the Filter By Level button.

The Filter by Accessibility Issue Level button highlighted in the Page Issues Tested option of Accessibility Issues Panel
  4. In the drawer that appears, you will see the check types that occurred during the latest crawl. Select the radio button beside the level you wish to view.

The drawer has a heading that reads Filter by Accessibility Issue Level with the following action choices: A button that is labeled Select None, a search input field and three radio buttons, the first labeled with WCAG 2.1 Level A (11), the second labeled with WCAG 2.1 Level AAA (7) and the third labeled with Section 508 (2)

The items that appear for filtering are affected by Issues that may have been ignored and active Policies and Best Practices at the Account, Site, or Page Set level. All possible options in this list are:

    • WCAG 2.1 Level A

    • WCAG 2.1 Level AA

    • WCAG 2.1 Level AAA

    • Section 508

    • Policies

    • Best Practices

    • WCAG 2.2 is not included because most of the criteria requires manual testing.

  5. When you have the list of the chosen Level, you can print it or download a CSV to import into your favorite spreadsheet software using the cloud button.

Page issues found with WCAG 2.1 Level A selected, with the Download CSV button highlighted.

Why isn't WCAG 2.2 included in the options list for Issue types? Read about the WCAG 2.2. Update and DubBot.
