Jan. 24, 2024: Release Notes for the new Account History Feature

DubBot's new feature allows Users with access to Account Settings to also view a history of events in an Account.

This new feature can be found on the Settings menu below Uptime Monitoring.

In the Account Settings menu to the left of the Settings screen, Account History is highlighted in red.


Account History includes descriptions of events like Ignoring and Unignoring issues, and adding and deleting Users.

The new Account History list shows several events, listed out in the format "User Name has done The Event" then The user name, labelled User, is listed next to the time stamp, labelled Date Created.


This feature also tracks which User took the action, including DubBot Staff. It will also have a timestamp to track when the event took place.

The USer name and timestamp associated with the event is highlighted in red.

Results can be filtered by type by using the drop down menu at the top of the list.

The Drop Down menu includes the options All Account-wide history events, user added to account, user removed from account, issue ignored for account, issue unignored for account.
