In this Article:
Administrators can find the most recent events that occurred on the account level.
Finding the Account History
To access the Account History:
Select Settings in the top right menu
Select Account History in the left navigation
Use Select a filter for account history to filter your view.
Use the Timeframe dropdown to fine tune the content displayed by the date it occurred.
When available, review the Change by selecting the View Changes eye icon
Information Shown in Panel
When viewing the Account History, you will see three columns of information:
Message - event type
User - user that authored the event - links to User's account setup
Date Created - date the event occurred
Changes - where available, shows the changes that occurred. This information displays variables directly from our database.
Events Saved in the Account History
Account History includes the following events, sortable by selecting Select a filter for account history :
All account-wide history events
User authentication
User regular and SSO login
User login failure
User logout is only shown when a user explicitly selects the Logout button (which they normally don't).
Issues ignored/unignored at the account level
Sites settings - Sites created/updated/deleted
User settings - User added/removed/updated
Page Sets settings - Page Set created/updated/deleted
Connectors settings - Connector created/updated/deleted
Reports settings - Report created/updated/deleted
Policies settings - Policy imported/created/updated/removed
Changes Information
Some changes append further information in the Changes column. Selecting the Click to View Changes button, shown as an eye icon, will display the changes that were made using database variables.
Page Set Changes
Page Sets log the following information in their changes:
Message - repeats the Message shown on the Account History screen and adds a link to the Page Set's setting panel
User - shows the User, with a link to their settings, and the date the change occurred
Changes - shows the database ids for Sites that were added or removed from the Page Set.
Using the Site IDs
Copy the Site ID you want to investigate.
Open any Site in your account.
Replace the last string in the URL, shown in bold in the example below, with the ID you copied.
ex..../a/65ba84fca5a59f000124319b/settings/sites/680f6dc56f47f2c34ff1697b/The site should open.
Sites with URL List Configuration
URL List changes actually display the Before and After list of URLs in the site's configuration.
