Create a Task while Viewing Issues on a Webpage
When viewing issues on a webpage, site Managers and Admins can create tasks for an issue reported within the page. Tasks allow users to assign items to themselves or other team members.
To find the New Task button, expand an issue by selecting the down arrow, the button is located below the Element Source section of the content.
Selecting the New Task button creates a dialog box that gives you additional fields for the task
The Title field will default to the Issue Name you are viewing, but you can change it if you wish.
The Description field allows you to add details or @mention other users. Typing @ in this field will bring up the list of users that can be mentioned and will send those users a notification.
The Description text box supports Markdown to style the information you enter.Markdown details:
Wrapping text with ** will make text bold.
**bold text** will result in bold textWrapping text with * will make the text italicized.
*italicized text* will result in italicized text
Links will be formatted using [] for link text and () for where the link will go.

The Assignees button will bring up the list of users that the task can be assigned and a notification sent. This button will also bring up the list of users that the task can be assigned to and notification(s) sent.
The Priority button lets you choose between Low, Normal, Important, and Critical.
Tasks created from a detail view of a webpage will be automatically resolved (closed) if the site re-crawls and the reported issue is no longer flagged.
