Tasks are action items that help your team collaborate while making website improvements.
When viewing issues on a webpage, site Managers and Admins can create tasks for an issue reported within the page. Tasks allow users to assign items to themselves or other team members.
To find the New Task button, expand the issue by selecting the down arrow, the button is located below the Element Source section of the content.
Selecting the New Task button creates a dialog box that gives you additional fields for the task
The Description field allows you to add details or @mention other users. Typing @ in this field will bring up the list of users that can be mentioned and will send those users a notification.
The Assignees button will bring up the list of users that the task can be assigned and a notification sent. This button will also bring up the list of users that the task can be assigned to and notification(s) sent.
The Priority button lets you choose between Low, Normal, Important, and Critical.
