Use Labels to Select Sites for Policies

Oct. 14, 2026: Labels integrated into Custom Policies.

You can now choose the Sites to run a Custom Policy based on their assigned label(s).

Select the Sites by Label to Run a Policy

To choose the Sites by label where the Policy should run:

  • Select the Sites tab in the Create Custom Policy panel.

  • How the sites are included: Choose Sites with labels
    ​

    First, select the Sites tab. Then, in the How sites are included dropdown, select Sites with labels.

  • Include sites matching dropdown: Choose any of these labels or all of these labels. This choice controls how matches work when you select multiple labels.
    Sites are included automatically when their labels match this rule, and membership updates when those labels change.

  • Select the Site labels button

    Sites tab in Create a Custom Policy Panel.

  • The Select site labels drawer opens on the right side of your screen and shows the Site Labels created in your account. Select the plus sign next to each label name you want included in the policy search.

  • Select the Update button to save your label choices.
