Administrators and Managers can create labels as needed to help users sort content in DubBot more easily.
To create Labels, users with appropriate permissions (all but viewers) should follow these steps:
Select the Settings button in the top-right of the app:
Select Labels in the left-hand Account Settings menu:
Select Create Label:
Choose the Type of Label you want to create. Labels are specific to each object type, and the object type cannot be changed after creation. Choose from labels for:
- Sites
- Page Sets
- Tasks
Enter the Name you want for the label. You can use a name only once for each object type.
Enter the Description you want for the label. This will appear on the Manage Labels and Select Labels panels to help explain the label to others.
Enter the Background Color you would like for the Label using a hexadecimal code. Selecting the Background Color swatch opens a color picker to help you choose the appropriate code.
Select the Create button to save the label.
