This is an outline of topics that will be covered in a Walkthrough or Training session with DubBot.

If you're gearing up for a Walkthrough or Training Session with the DubBot team, you may be wondering what the agenda will look like. This outline will help you prepare for your training as well as put together any additional questions for our team. These calls usually follow an initial Kickoff call that handles the setup and configuration of your organization's DubBot account.

There is usually some flexibility from our team on scheduling training sessions, so don't worry if everyone on your team can't attend the same session. These sessions will also be recorded and provided to you for future use.

Training sessions and walkthroughs can be geared toward admin use and basic users, and typically cover the following topics:

Admin training agenda:

  • DubBot - An explanation of the tool's mission and abilities

    • Accessibility

    • SEO checks

      • Why Accessibility and SEO checks specifically are important

    • Broken Links

    • Spell check

    • Custom Web Governance policies

  • DubBot log in and Account Dashboard

  • Navigating DubBot

  • Viewing reported issues in DubBot

    • Custom issue highlight color option

  • Getting support while using DubBot

  • Tasks - The ability to communicate within DubBot

  • Administering DubBot

    • Updating Site crawl settings

    • Managing users

    • Managing Custom Policies

    • Customizing dictionaries

    • Customizing broken links reported

    • Reviewing checks that have been disabled
