At the time you become a client of DubBot, you have the choice of logging into DubBot using Single Sign-on (SSO) or Multi-factor Authentication (MFA).

SSO allows users to access all their resources with just one set of authentication credentials ie; one username, one password. Refer to Single sign-on (SSO) Instructions in the Help Docs section.

MFA uses an additional factor beyond the basic authentication credentials. That additional factor could be a code sent to the user's smartphone, a PIN, biometrics like a fingerprint, even answers to personal questions.

Note: MFA is only available to clients that do not use SSO.
