Once a report has been created, it is completely shareable with anyone, regardless whether the recipient has an account in DubBot.

After you login to DubBot, click Sites from the upper right corner and then choose the site you would like to see a report from.

Looking at the site dashboard, on the right side, you will see a module titled “Reports.”

The sites dashboard in the lower right a red box is around the module titled Reports. Inside the module are the report titles as hyperlinks and the dates of the most recent report.

To share the report, click the three-dot menu and choose “Copy Link” to copy the URL of the report you want to share. You can then paste into an email, Slack conversation, Trello board, Word document, whatever communication or presentation tool you currently use.

From the site dashboard inside of the Report module a red arrow is pointing to Copy Link from the three dot menu choices.

You can also share a report by opening the report then highlight and copy the URL directly from the address bar.

The address bar for the accessibility only report for this site is highlighted in blue.

See "Creating and Editing Reports" for information on creating and customizing reports.
