Creating reports is an easy way to view and share DubBot data. Reports provide DubBot users with a sharable link, which can be accessed by your colleagues, leadership, administrators, decision-makers alike, all without requiring an account in DubBot.

After logging in, click on Settings in the upper right corner.

In the left menu, under Account Settings, click “Reports.”

To create a report, click “Create Report.”

On the Manage Reports page, a red box is around Create Report button.

The report configuration page defaults to all system checks being included in the report. To customize your report, give it a name, select / unselect the checks you want to include or exclude.

Next, select the Sites and/or Groups you want to run the report on and click "Save".

The report will be added to all of the dashboards of the Sites or Groups that were selected in the report. Looking at a site's dashboard, on the right side, you will see a module titled “Reports.”

To run the report, click the three-dot menu and choose “Refresh Report” report.

To open the report, click the three-dot menu and choose “Open Report” or click the date link located to the right of the report name.

This is an example of an “Accessibility Only” report. The report includes an overall site score, top issue with corresponding page URLs, pages with the most issues, and finally a report detail section.

In the upper right corner of the report, you will see a rectangle with a date in the middle and directional arrows on either side. This allows you to scroll through all the reports generated for that site.

To edit a report, simply click the report name.

On the Manage Reports page, a red box is around all the report titles which are all hyperlinks.
