There are a few ways you can reach our Support Team
1. In the app, you can chat support directly using the chat bubble in the lower right corner of the screen when you're logged into the app. We use a service called Intercom that we've found to be useful and user friendly.
2. For individual questions about issues inside of the app, users are able to tag the Support Team within a Task through an @ mention. The user name for the team is "DubBot Support".
3. You can start a ticket by emailing DubBot's support team - firstname.lastname@example.org. An email sent to this address will notify the Support team of an issue. The ticketing system allows for messages to be sent when responses from the Support Team are made.
