Filter DubBot's crawler from Google Analytics 4 reports

Updated over a week ago

DubBot crawls websites to conduct its testing via the use of a headless browser. If you use Google Analytics 4, it will pick up on these visits and be included in GA4 reports. The visits are reported the same way that actual users are reported. (It will currently report the visits coming from Boardman, Oregon, which is where our Amazon's AWS service is hosted).

Google provides instructions on filtering these visits.

The static IP addresses for our crawler are 34.213.65.175 and 52.36.131.191.
If your account uses the Uptime Monitor, you should also filter on 52.39.13.97.

Note that these IP addresses are subject to change. The DubBot team will contact clients in the rare event of a change.
